This class is intended for any woman who has ever given birth. It includes post-partum education, an understanding of the changes our bodies have gone through, and the challenges we face returning to an active lifestyle, as well as extensive corrective exercises created to help guide your return to activity and reclaim your body in a safe and mindful way! 

8 part series to include :

  • Pelvic floor training
  • Breathing Exercises
  • Core strengthening
  • Posture and body mechanics training
  • Diastasis Recti correction
  • Mobility training
  • Safe and gradual return to exercise

Core Builder

This is a weekly class dedicated to progressively increasing core strength through a variety of tailor-made exercises put together by Deena Elias, PT, DPT. With the knowledge and experience of a physical therapist leading the class, you will be able to learn how to safely increase your core strength with proper form and technique with the goal of becoming stronger, more confident, active individuals. This class will be conducted live on zoom meetings, so Deena will be monitoring each participant’s performance and be able to provide real-time feedback throughout the session. (This class is NOT meant for newly post-partum women)
